The Ben Bridge jewelry store in Anchorage is phenomenal. The manager and staff are amazing with many fine watch and jewelry options. Ladda was amazing and was able to answer the many questions I had regarding a possible purchase. I highly recommend Ladda and this Ben Bridge location.

Sadie was amazing! We planned the visit before we arrived and Sadie was expecting my kiddos. She remembered their names and the details of our visit. The service is exactly why we shop at Ben Bridge. Brenda & the Ben Bridge Team are the BEST! Came in for a Gshock that originally they didn’t have but made it happen! They assisted me easily and smoothly! Wide range of options to choose from! And if there’s something you don’t see but want - they can always transfer it into the store for you if you’re willing to wait! I will always come here for all my jewelry!

I recently purchased my very first Rolex — a blue dial Datejust 41mm on the Oyster bracelet — from Ben Bridge Jewelers in Anchorage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Ladda Keovilayhong, and she truly went above and beyond.I stopped in to ask about availability, and Ladda took the time to explain the process clearly and kindly. She promised to let me know if one became available, and true to her word, she called me just three weeks later when the exact model I wanted arrived. From start to finish, the experience felt professional, transparent, and genuinely welcoming. As this was my first Rolex, it was an exciting milestone for me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through the process. Sadie was extremely kind and helpful in both of my recent experiences here. First in October and again recently today for a Christmas gift purchase. They definitely treat you as a place that wants to earn your business which is very refreshing. Sadie assisted me with trying on a few watches I was interested in and helped me pick out a gift. It was an easy, pleasant experience and I definitely will be back!

I am in AWE at how easy and comfortable shopping for a ring can be with Brenda on my most recent shopping trip to Ben Bridge! I have social anxiety so shopping in store is always such a nightmare for me! When I decided to muster up the courage to walk into Ben Bridge, I was so pleasantly surprised!! Brenda came over and introduced herself & let me know she would be happy to assist me with anything I needed. She even offered me a beverage and gave me insight on the different qualities of the diamonds they offered and the true Ben Bridge difference! Instead of trying to pressure me into buying something, she truly listened to and cared about exactly what I wanted and found me the PERFECT ring and matching earrings! I never thought I’d feel as good as I did shopping at Ben Bridge and I left the store a new customer for LIFE!!

I never write reviews but my experience with Brenda and the rest of her team was so extraordinary and over the top I just had to! I came in looking for some jewelry to buy myself an early Christmas gift and Brenda immediately knew what my taste was and guided me through each piece I wanted to see thoroughly! I have been to Tiffany’s and some of the finest jewelry stores out there and I have never felt as cared for and taken care of as I did with Brenda. She got me all squared away and even helped me take care of Christmas gifts for the rest of my family too! I WILL NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN because of my experience with her. Thank you again Brenda and the rest of the team for making Ben Bridge feel like home to me and helping me find everything I needed!

I enjoyed my visit today, looking to get myself a piece of jewelry and the two sales associates can’t think of their names but were wonderful . Even though I didn’t walk out of there with anything I believe that them spending the time showing me around being overall wonderful. I am definitely coming back this is how a store should be ran not with people pressuring to buy something.
